  • Taylor Selby: A Passion for People, the Environment, and Clean Energy

    Taylor Selby has been a trusted leader in the solar industry since 2008, earning a reputation for his people-first approach and deep industry knowledge. Over 13 years, he personally guided more than 1,000 homeowners through the decision to go solar, sitting with them at the kitchen table to explain the benefits, answer questions, and build lasting relationships.

    Taylor has held key leadership roles, including Director of Sales at Affordable Solar and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Positive Energy Solar. He’s also been a keynote and motivational speaker at solar conferences nationwide, where he shares insights on values-driven sales and team empowerment.

    With a Master’s degree in Environment and Community and NABCEP certification in Technical Sales, Taylor has also been a passionate mentor. For over a decade, he developed and led solar sales training programs that have helped professionals grow in confidence, integrity, and success

    Zach Taylor is a seasoned leadership coach, facilitator, and trainer with over a decade of experience guiding individuals and organizations toward more effective, resilient, and values-driven leadership. His work spans multiple sectors, where he has helped leaders navigate complexity, build emotional intelligence, and foster thriving organizational cultures.

    With expertise rooted in transformational leadership, systems thinking, mindfulness, and organizational climate, Zach brings a whole-person, whole-systems approach to leadership development. He is a certified emotional intelligence coach, an Advanced Systems Thinking Facilitator, and a trained mindfulness teacher—credentials that reflect his commitment to thoughtful, grounded, and impactful change.

    Zach’s passion is helping leaders and teams grow in clarity, connection, and capacity—key ingredients for success in the fast-evolving solar industry. He is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where he enjoys life outdoors with his wife, two daughters, and a close-knit community of friends.
